Excess honey is usually harvested end of July/early August and sometimes in September. This year it was early! Check our facebok page for the most up to date information.

Creamed honey is pure honey that is finely crystallized. The crystals are so fine it tastes creamy. This is commonly used as a spread on crackers or with cheese. This comes in a one pound tub.

We currently have two infused honeys available. Spiced Honey (infused with cinnamon, lemon and clove) and Carolina Reaper Hot Honey (the Carolina Reaper is the hottest pepper in the world). 9 ounce (by weight) glass jar.

Propolis is a sticky substance (gathered from plants) that the bees use to seal up cracks in the hive, line areas to inhibit bacterial or fungal growth, trap hive beetles and make inspections difficult for their keepers. They tend glue their cover on and frames together making it difficult to work the hive so we scrape away just enough so we can do what we need to do leaving as much behind for the bees to keep. Just as propolis benefits the bees it also benefits us!

 Let Honey and Chamomile tea sooth your throat while ACV and Propolis protect! This comes in a 2 ounce spray bottle.

Ingredients include: Organic chamomile tea, our own honey, organic apple cider vinegar, mint extract, propolis tincture. 

People use pollen fomany reasons such as allergies and for its vitamin and mineral content.  Like the honey when it is gone it is gone!

Pollen is only collected from hives with an over abundance in pollen collection. We do not take pollen from any colony that would put it in a deficit.
